All of the beaches in Pelican Bay are well-maintained, and access is restricted to preserve the natural beauty of the area. North Beach is perhaps the best place for Dolphin watching, whereas South Beach is an excellent spot for active families. There are volleyball nets, sailboats, picnic pods, canoes, kayaks and more. All of the beaches have full-service bars and a range of dining options. Attendants are on hand from 9 am till sunset each day. Organized fitness classes take place multiple times throughout the day on all the beaches. Aside from this beaches you also get to enjoy the golf courses within this community.

Clam Bay is a key attraction on South Beach. The nature preserve is home to many different species of protected mangrove trees and a range of animals including several endangered species like manatees, sea turtles and small tooth sawfish.

It’s important to get as much information about the Pelican Bay real estate market before you make your first investment in the area.
